FANVID: There There

Guys, I made another fanvid.
It is multi-fandom with clips from the following films:
"The Lord of the Rings" (FotR and RotK)
"The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe"
"Dead Poet's Society"
"Pan's Labyrinth"
"Peter Pan"
"Finding Neverland"
"Pirates of the Caribbean" (all three)
"Neverending Story"
"Star Wars" (ANH, ROTJ and ROTS)
"Shadowlands"
The song is "There There (The Boney King of Nowhere)" by Radiohead.
Lyrics:
In pitch dark, I go walking in your landscape.
Broken branches trip me as I speak.
Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there.
Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there.
There's always a siren singing you to shipwreck. (Don't reach out, don't reach out...)
Stay away from these rocks -- we'd be a walking disaster. (Don't reach out, don't reach out...)
Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there. (There's someone on your shoulder...)
Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there. (There's someone on your shoulder...)
There, there...
Why so green,
and lonely and lonely?
and lonely...
Heaven sent you
To me, to me,
to me...
We are accidents
waiting, waiting...
to happen.
We are accidents
waiting, waiting...
to happen.
Concept: The video is basically about... a yearning for another world, for life to have some magic and deeper meaning to it, and being confronted with doubt and disappointment in regards to that wish. It is dedicated to the INFP's of the world. ;) In fact, all of the protagonists in this video are examples of the INFP personality type (except for Anakin Skywalker and Jack Sparrow -- an ISTP and an ENTP, respectively).
On a technical note, I have just discovered one of the coolest things ever, which is... a way to switch aspect ratio's MID-VID! Do you know how fantastic this is! Now I can use clips of movies both widescreen and fullscreen! Without stretching and distorting horribly! Hooray!!
A lot of these clips come from trailers and scenes people posted on YouTube (again, yay technology for letting me DL those). Also, I recycled some of my clips from my past LOTR and Narnia fanvids (I didn't keep the copies of the movies on my computer. Not enough space.)
So you know. Standard disclaimer and all that. None of this is mine.
Here's a link to the vid on YouTube, in case the embedded thing stops working.
Ok, so, yeah. I hope someone besides me enjoys it, but in the end, I know I really enjoy it, and that's the point of these things isn't it? ;)
