Narnia Fanvid

Hazzah! I finished my Narnia video. And it gives me warm fuzzies. I don't know how many people here will be at all interested, but I felt it was time for something other than House. (This is in fact a complete 180 from pretty much all of my House videos, actually, as far as tone and subject matter go.) Here it is:

Title: Where Soul Meets Body
Song: "Soul Meets Body" by Death Cab for Cutie
Summary: Four English siblings (Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy) in the 40's stumble into a magical world, through a wardrobe... Well. That's the basic plot of the book/movie, actually, but this video is basically just about the whole story. With emphasis on a general feeling of longing, Edmund and Tumnus' betrayals and their redemption, and the bonds between all the characters.

I know nothing of Narnia, but I like this video. It makes me want to read the books/see the movie now.

Thanks. I've loved the books since I was six. And the movie was very well done, I think. I definitely recommend them.

I enjoyed that! I admit, I kind of clicked thinking that if I got bored I'd just hit the stop button, but it drew me in and I actually felt the Edmund and Aslan stuff. I also loved the use of all the sweeping movie shots which you don't often get from TV shows. I really do love your eye for visual storytelling. Nice :)

Thanks very much! It was fun being able to use all those great shots - much more movement and color than House tends to have. I'll still be vidding House, though, of course. (I've been thinking of a DPS vid, as well...) Thanks for watching - I am glad you enjoyed it. :)
