I have finished my Phantom of the Opera fanvid. Here it is: Everlong (set to "Everlong" by Foo Fighters).
I, uh, also made the weirdest, dumbest thing for House which is kind of but not really a fanvid, sort of like that time I made a compilation of all the times House got punched/kicked/smacked/shot, except this time, it's all the time House has had a "deep, philosophical conversation" with other characters. You can watch it here. (I actually made that before I deleted all my House episodes, so it's going to be the last bit of House stuff from me for a while.)

This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3Vw7ySfGhs) compilation of House moments is really great actually. I just found it the other day. Very funny, and with a lot of clips from seasons 1 and 2.

Date: 2007-03-14 06:24 pm (UTC)can you believe that I STILL haven't seen the movie??
oh and I saw this movie called 'Molière' that you would like.
(guess who it's about)
everybody loves molière in it because he's fucking charming, but he's like the nice pretty popular version of the stereo-typical steph obsession.
that and the scripting is brilliant because it's basically all of his best plays' scripts rolled into a piece of historical fiction starring him.
only it's in french.
but holy god it's witty.

That sounds really cool though. I'm not actually familiar with Moliere. I'll have to check him out, both the movies and his plays.

Date: 2007-03-15 02:16 am (UTC)Of course, this vid didn't completely explain everything... Like, she got that part singing in the beginning because of him - he taught her to sing, and her set it up so she'd get the part (after basically driving the original diva out). And she thought he was an angel that her father sent from heaven... And Raoul is her old friend that shows up and wants to marry her - there were only snippets of him in this vid, the random long-haired guy.
And the whole ending sequence got kind of smooshed, so I wasn't sure it would make sense to anyone who didn't know the plot already. The Phantom basically gives Christine the ultimatum: marry me or the pretty boy dies. And then Christine kisses him, and he's like oh shit... Fine, nevermind, just leave, both of you, just go and be happy.
So, yeah. That's the story. lol.
Thanks for watching - glad you enjoyed it.
