Title: Something In the Way
Song: "Something In the Way" by Nirvana
Characters:: House, some Wilson, a second of Cameron
Summary/Author's Notes:
Basically the most depressing video in the world.
This was the other unfinished vid I had hanging around on my computer, and I hadn't been sure I'd ever finish it, but look! Just now, I have. Not sure yet how I feel about it. I used some dialogue clips from the show, which I know some people don't like, and I often don't like, but I felt like it added to it. Plus, the lyrics are just the same thing over and over, so. Hopefully it's not too boring.
It's about... House and existentialism? That and House's depression and drug habits and general asshole-ness (as in all my vids). Largely inspired by the season finale, "No Reason." Except that at the end of that episode, you know he's decided to at least attempt to embrace a better life philosophy, whereas, this video just kind of leaves you feeling like crap. So. Enjoy! ;)

Date: 2006-08-21 09:44 am (UTC)Well done. I like this a lot. Very very good. I love how you threw in the clip from Daddy's boy. Everything fitted very well with the music, especially the shooting bit... and the dialogue was used very well - didn't overpower the music or vice versa. The themes and episodes were organised very well, also.
Great job.
Cheers.
AE.

Date: 2006-08-22 04:22 am (UTC)But this video is... pretty depressing. Hence the emo guitar-tuning and dark-room-brooding.
